Knowing What We Learn

Metacognition, or an awareness of one's own thinking processes, is achieved in reflective journaling.  Throughout the certificate program, we have been asked to journal on a weekly basis.  Over the course of the 40 weeks it has taken to complete the certificate program, I have come to appreciate the value of reflective journaling.  Thinking about what I learned, how I learned it, how I might use what I have learned in the future has been the key in expanding my horizons.

The link on the left will take you to a blog created to present my reflections on learning.
